The story behind the song
concentrate
When everything else fades, and one connection stays.

In my own words
Behind the track
For me, concentrate is about being so caught in a moment with someone that the rest of the room starts to recede. The lights fade, time seems to slow, and a voice gives you something to hold on to. Your attention narrows until there’s only the connection between you.
The repeated “concentrate” carries a little urgency. “Don’t let it slip” and “Don’t let it break” suggest how fragile that closeness can feel. There’s a wish to let go, alongside a need to know someone will still be there. “Pull me through the sound” is where that trust comes through most clearly for me.
I like that the ending returns to the opening words: breathe in, lights fade, hold still. It leaves us inside the moment, still listening for that voice and still trying to hold on to each other.

Till there's nothing but us”
